The Chapman (Stage 1) formwork structure has reached on Level 02, concrete structure to roof schedule by end of August 2022 on track. All ground works and earthworks including sewer and stormwater diversion, Substation and OSD tank structure have been completed.
All basement work for both The Chapman & Greenview has been completed in February 2022, so that no future disruption of basement construction to the residents of The Chapman.
